BT is continuing to extend coverage, now across Latin America, improve its FMC Mobile Access offer by supporting more OS, extending SIP trunking (and IP Centrex outside the UK). It is also very active with building a strong UCC portfolio. (9/23/2009)

Orange Business Services leads in coverage and is working on other areas such as expanding local voice calling and improving its online management tools. It has also secured a contract to deploy OCS R2 for 20,000 seats. (9/23/2009)

With the new focus on selling the top-400 accounts, much of the T-Systems product strategy has focused on offering IP telephony with tight application integration, desktop services and UCC wraps. Increasing coverage is a priority. (9/23/2009)
