  • Access network size and scope, including numbers of access points, by technology (i.e., DSL, Dial-Up, Hotel Broadband, WiFi, WWAN) and numbers of countries or cities. Also describes if access is offered on integrated or BYOA basis.
• Security Services
  • Breadth and model for providing remote security services. This includes a description of the security type and 3rd party partner, if available, as well as how it is offered (i.e., as managed/hosted service vs. software license and self-managed).
• Value Added Services
  • Additional offerings beyond access and security. May include managed and professional services, support tiers and SLAs, as well as managed data applications such as push e-mail or in future, business process apps (i.e., FFA, SFA, CRM), and voice services such as cellular, VoWLAN, VoIP, PBX extension, etc.
• Usability
